We opened the doors in 2022 because Pune needed a gym that took coaching seriously. Three years later, we still coach every session.

Built by coaches, for people who want to move better.

Monkeyflag started as a corner of a futsal arena with two barbells, a pull-up rig, and a stubborn belief: most people don't need a bigger gym — they need better coaching.

We built this place around the training we wanted for ourselves.

  • **Programming you can trust.** Real periodisation, not a random WOD from the internet.
  • **A room full of people who show up.** Accountability is free here.
We're a small team by choice. We'd rather coach 200 people well than 2,000 badly.
